Think of your dietitian as a GUIDE, someone to help you work through what you eat, why you eat and to what end.

We KNOW you know about the dreaded food pyramid that’s not what our appointments are about!

Instead, we assist you to use food in a way that works for you!

Has your Doctor diagnosed you with something scary and has googling your diagnosis made it even scarier?
Are you just super busy and need to know which convenient foods will work for your body?
Do you avoid eating out or trying new foods for fear of needing to run to the loo?
